ECC started in 1995 with a group of an expert technical team lead by Engr.Talal Alotaibi, a Ground Support Specialist who also serves as the Chairman, Board of Directors of ECC.


The first service offered by ECC is the maintenance of Ground Support Equipment using cutting-edge technology and superior technical expertise. The ECC maintenance site has a total size of 10,000 SqM of which 5,500 SqM is equipped with different sectional workshops including overhaul workshop, hydraulic repair workshop, electrical workshop, painting area, light/ quick maintenance area, tire shop, among many others.


After operating the equipment refurbishing and maintenance service for two years, the company expanded the scope of service offerings to include sales of refurbished Ground Support Equipment. This sector has recorded outstanding success. In the last two decades, ECC has exported over 800 units of GSE to over 41 countries in Africa and Asia. The company has also dominated the local market by availing corporate organizations with high-quality GSE at a reasonable cost and also backed our fully refurbished GSE with a one-year warranty. GSE has successfully reduced the cost per acquisition of GSE and has high profile projects to our credit including empty quarters airport (National Guard).
